Job Summary
The Luvanex Foundation seeks a high-performing Real Estate Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of its real estate division. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and business-savvy professional capable of managing complex administrative functions, investor relations, property research, and project coordination. The ideal candidate must be based in Lagos or Abuja and comfortable working remotely while handling occasional in-person tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage the daily activities and priorities of a small project team.
- Keep workflows organized to ensure timely achievement of business goals.
- Flesh out the Managing Director’s ideas into actionable tasks and project plans.
- Prepare professional reports, investor briefs, and presentations.
- Draft contracts, agreements, and forms for electronic signatures.
2. Investor Relations & Reporting
- Liaise professionally with investors and build long-term relationship structures.
- Design investment updates, business performance reports, and strategy briefs.
- Present the organization's real estate services confidently during formal investor sessions.
3. Marketing & Campaign Management
- Support the design and execution of real estate marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance to ensure intended objectives are met.
- Coordinate with real estate marketing agencies in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
4. Real Estate Operations
- Conduct property research and due-diligence based on investor goals.
- Build and maintain networks with local real estate agents across major cities.
- Learn operational requirements for running a real estate business in foreign markets.
- Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and PayPal-based transactions.
5. Client Support & Communication
- Respond to client inquiries on social media platforms.
- Provide real-time updates to the Managing Director and work collaboratively on quarterly and annual growth targets.
Requirements

- Be self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Have 3+ years of solid real estate business management experience (preferably assisting a CEO/MD).
- Live in Lagos or Abuja (essential for in-person errands).
- Be excellent multitaskers with strong organizational skills.

- Possess a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection for virtual meetings.
- Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills.
