Role Purpose

The Sales Representative will drive sales across different segments while educating customers on the benefits of solar and energy-efficient systems. You will be the face of the company—building trust, advising clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from interest to installation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits and customer assessments.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Guide clients through product selection and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Provide after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

3. Sales Performance

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and analytics.
  • Support the development of new sales strategies.

4. Agent Coordination

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents.
  • Track agent performance and provide coaching.
  • Strengthen the company’s agent network across Rwanda.

5. Brand Promotion

  • Represent the organization during exhibitions, client meetings, and energy forums.
  • Promote Munyax Eco products through demonstrations and presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in renewable energy or technology.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Ability to travel and work in diverse environments.
