Job Summary

The Mechanical Graduate Trainee program at ANRML provides a structured pathway for fresh engineering graduates to gain practical, hands-on experience in mechanical systems, industrial processes, and production environments.
Successful trainees will be mentored by experienced engineers and exposed to real-world operations within ANRML’s steel and mining divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers in daily technical and operational activities.
  • Support maintenance and production teams on assigned tasks.
  • Learn to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Degree: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and industrial operations

  • Monthly Salary Range: ₦120,000 – ₦180,000 (based on qualification and performance).
