About the Role
The Input Delivery Data Senior Supervisor plays a vital role in
enhancing inventory data accuracy across all One Acre Fund country programs,
particularly focusing on Rwanda.
You will ensure warehouse records match accounting data, oversee ERP systems,
conduct data quality checks, and provide technical support to country teams.
This position reports to the Inventory Data Coordinator and is part of the SAP
Inventory Data Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform quality control (QC) checks on Goods Receipt Purchase Orders (GRPOs) to verify correct booking and timely supplier payment.
- Support country teams in resolving Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP issues, ensuring timely transaction postings.
- Conduct routine QC reviews on all inventory transactions and follow up on failed transactions to maintain data integrity.
- Lead corrective action initiatives and provide training to teams for continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with finance departments to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting of stock levels.
- Work with procurement teams to close purchase orders efficiently and maintain transparency in transactions.
- Champion SAP and WMS system usage, offering user training and ensuring compliance across operational teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, Economics, or Statistics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, supply chain, or logistics operations within a data-driven environment.
- Proficiency in SAP, Warehouse Management Systems, or other ERP tools.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets, identify inconsistencies, and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating in multicultural teams with strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Only Rwandan citizens or permanent residents are eligible for this role.
