Olakleen Holdings Limited, a diversified group with operations in cleaning services, defense products, private cement, and more, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting sustainable growth across all subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the finance team with clear guidance, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, business opportunities, and market trends.
Financial Operations:
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, ledgers, and cash flow management.
- Resolve billing disputes and ensure accurate revenue postings.
- Maintain banking relationships, loans, and cash transfers.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of profit/loss by business unit.
- Provide insights to support strategic decision-making, including mergers and acquisitions.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead annual budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Perform variance analysis and recommend cost optimization strategies.
Financial Planning & Growth:
- Collaborate with subsidiaries to align financial plans with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
