Job Overview
May Publishing Ltd seeks a reliable, well-organized, and proactive General Assistant to support both administrative tasks and occasional personal errands for the Managing Director (MD).
This role ensures smooth daily office operations while helping maintain an organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support
· Manage basic documentation, filing, photocopying, and record keeping.
· Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.
· Handle basic data entry, emails, and MS Office tasks (Word, Excel, spreadsheets).
Operational & Errand Support
· Run official errands such as deliveries, document pickups, and purchasing office supplies.
· Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper organization of assigned office spaces.
Support to the Managing Director
· Assist with occasional personal/domestic tasks such as organizing and light shopping.
· Ensure confidentiality, reliability, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
· SSCE / WAEC / NECO (Higher qualifications are a plus).
· Good communication skills — written and spoken.
· Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Word & Excel).
· High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion.

· Must be resident in Lagos or able to commute easily.
