Available Job Positions
Here are the positions currently open at COPEDU PLC:
1. IT Digital Officer
- Location: Kigali
- Reports to: IT Operations Manager
- Role: Support daily IT operations, digital banking platforms, and provide technical support.
- Key Tasks: Install and maintain IT systems, troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, enhance cybersecurity, and support mobile banking services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of IT support/infrastructure experience (preferably in banking)
- Knowledge of Core Banking System (ICBS) and MySQL
- Certifications in IT, networking, or security are an added advantage
2. IT Operations Manager
- Location: Kigali
- Reports to: Head of IT
- Role: Lead IT operations, systems development, and ensure secure, efficient banking technology.
- Key Tasks: Oversee IT infrastructure, manage system upgrades, supervise cybersecurity, ensure business continuity, and mentor IT teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of IT operations experience, preferably in banking
- Strong knowledge of ICBS and database systems (MySQL)
- IT certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) are an advantage
