• Internship Role: Accounts Payables Administrator Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payables Administrator Intern to join our Global Finance team in Kigali. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical skills in finance and accounting while supporting smooth financial operations.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Process payments and maintain accurate vendor records.
2. Organize and manage supporting banking documents.
3. Assist with compliance checks, account management, and KYC assessments.
4. Support team operations in accounts payable and general administration.

• Qualifications:

1. Background in finance, accounting, or related field.
2. Strong skills in Excel and Google Workspace tools.
3. Knowledge of financial systems, payment platforms, and compliance.
4. Excellent written and spoken English.
5. Prior experience in vendor record management is an added advantage.
