Responsibilities

1. Direct Sales & Distribution

  • Achieve and consistently meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive selling and effective territory coverage.
  • Sell and distribute company products directly to retail outlets, kiosks, open markets, and small-scale vendors using the assigned tricycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers within the assigned sales area.
  • Introduce customers to new product lines, promotional offers, and ongoing sales campaigns to increase order volumes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining product quality and integrity during transportation.

2. Route Management & Merchandising

  • Plan and follow efficient daily sales routes to maximize market coverage and minimize delivery time.
  • Monitor stock movement across sales points and ensure adequate product availability to prevent stock-outs.
  • Ensure products are displayed correctly and attractively at customer locations to enhance visibility and drive impulse purchases.
  • Identify underserved areas and actively prospect new customers to expand the company’s distribution network.
