Job Overview

Tribest Corporate Support is hiring motivated Tricycle Sales Representatives in Lagos. This role involves direct sales, product distribution, and customer relationship management to drive revenue growth. Successful candidates will manage company-provided tricycles, meet daily/weekly sales targets, and expand market presence across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

1. Direct Sales & Distribution

  • Consistently achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Sell and distribute company products directly to kiosks, retailers, and small-scale vendors using the provided tricycle.
  • Actively promote new product launches and sales campaigns.

2. Route Management & Merchandising

  • Plan and execute efficient sales routes for maximum coverage.
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock availability at sales points.
  • Prospect and onboard new customers to grow the customer base.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Gather customer and market feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

4. Financial & Administrative Duties

  • Keep accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, and daily market reports.
  • Comply with company policies, financial processes, and standard operating procedures.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • No degree required (open to all hardworking, sales-driven individuals).
  • Previous experience in sales, distribution, or FMCG will be an added advantage.
  • Must be reliable, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
