Job Overview

The Retail Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth station operations, maintaining
sales targets, and upholding customer satisfaction. The position supports the Outlet Manager in daily station management, ensuring cash control accuracy, supervising station attendants, and promoting operational efficiency.

 Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Supervisor, you will:

• Support the Outlet Manager in coordinating daily fuel station operations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer issues or complaints.
• Assign, monitor, and evaluate station attendants’ performance.
• Conduct daily safety drills to maintain workplace safety standards.
• Manage inventory control for materials and petroleum products.
• Oversee product discharge operations and maintain accurate daily records.
• Ensure cash control policies are strictly followed, with timely cash remittance.
• Prepare daily opening and closing stock reports.
• Maintain compliance with Matrix Energy’s operation manuals and procedures.
• Assist in achieving and exceeding sales and operational targets. 

 Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in fuel station or retail supervision is an added advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong numerical and reporting skills.
