Key Responsibilities
- Lead JAM-Forte’s product launch and market expansion in Rwanda.
- Represent JAM-Forte Technologies in key local events and forums.
- Recruit, onboard, and verify local riders and partners.
- Build relationships with local businesses, delivery partners, and communities.
- Promote app adoption and customer engagement strategies.
- Track performance metrics and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Strong experience in operations, logistics, or marketing (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and build networks.
