Key Responsibilities
As a General Greenhouse Worker (Ellepot Operator), you’ll support day-to-day greenhouse operations, including Ellepot machine operation, planting, irrigation, and quality control.
Core Duties
- Operate and maintain Ellepot propagation machines.
- Maintain area cleanliness and assist in greenhouse setup and organization.
- Mix, prepare, and label growing media and trays.
- Seed, plant, and care for flowers, vegetables, and bedding plants.
Greenhouse Operations
- Move plant racks and trays as per production schedules.
- Support with pruning, trimming, and pest management.
- Assist with irrigation setup and plant watering.
- Transplant and space young plants.
Warehouse & Logistics
- Pull and assemble customer orders.
- Maintain proper inventory of cuttings, soil, and growing materials. Load/unload trucks and prepare shipping racks.

Qualifications

- Can lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and push/pull up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
- Can stand, walk, and bend for long shifts.
- Are comfortable working in warm, humid, or cold greenhouse environments.
