Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Promote and sell telecom or financial products such as data plans, airtime, SIM activations, loans, and POS services.
- Educate customers about product benefits, pricing, and features.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and share insights on customer needs and competitors.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to boost brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: OND or SSCE.
- 1–2 years of field sales experience in Telecom, FMCG, or Financial Services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Strong knowledge of the local market.
- Comfortable working in the field.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
