Job Summary
SLB is offering a Human Resources Internship opportunity in Lagos for motivated graduates who want to launch their careers in HR. As an HR Intern, you’ll support daily HR operations — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and training — while learning how world-class HR systems work in a global energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employees and managers with HR-related inquiries and feedback.
- Assist in coordinating staff meetings, trainings, and recruitment activities.
- Help implement HR policies, performance management, and engagement programs.
- Participate in organizing team-building and community events.
- Maintain HR data accuracy and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
- Contribute to HR process improvement and employee motivation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
