UNON provides key administrative, conference, and information services to ensure smooth operations across the UN system. Position Summary
UNON is seeking a dedicated Team Assistant (G4) to join the Facilities Management and Transport Section (FMTS) under the Commercial Operations Unit (COU). The successful candidate will assist in administrative, customer service, and operational duties supporting key areas such as the Commissary, Fuel Station, and Events & Wellness Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review applications for Commissary and Fuel RFID tags in line with UN regulations.
- Support fuel delivery inspections and handle related documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide frontline customer support.
- Maintain organized administrative records, mail distribution, and office supplies.
- Assist in data collection, reporting, and updating digital materials such as brochures or web pages.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: High school diploma required; training in Business Administration or Front Office Operations is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 3 years in customer service or administrative roles (1 year if holding a university degree).
- Experience with ERP systems and vendor/client coordination in NGOs or international organizations is preferred.
- English fluency required; knowledge of French is a plus.
