About the Role
Our client, a reputable Microfinance Bank in Imo State, is
seeking a dynamic and result-driven Branch Manager to lead branch
operations, drive business growth, and ensure top-tier service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microfinance
banking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to implement
strategies that promote deposit mobilization and quality loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop
and execute strategic plans to achieve deposit growth and lending targets.
- Identify
new business opportunities and foster partnerships to expand the customer
base.
- Promote
the bank’s financial products and services to prospective and existing
clients.
- Oversee
day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service and cash
management.
- Monitor
and control branch expenses to maintain profitability.
- Ensure
compliance with all internal policies, regulatory standards, and ethical
banking practices.
- Assess
and mitigate operational and financial risks within the branch.
- Lead,
train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals.
Previous experience in a Microfinance Bank will be a
strong advantage.
