Through enterprise development skills and youth empowerment programs, we equip individuals to create sustainable livelihoods and transform communities.

  • Role: Volunteer – Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

Role Purpose

As a Volunteer M&E Officer, you will play a vital role in tracking, assessing, and improving the impact of LYDAF’s projects. You will help ensure that data-driven insights guide decision-making, strengthen accountability, and demonstrate the value of our programs to stakeholders and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for programs.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to measure progress and outcomes.
  • Prepare clear reports for internal use and donor presentations.
  • Support program teams with data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to learning activities by documenting success stories and lessons learned.
  • Ensure ethical data collection practices and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with M&E tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Passion for community development and youth empowerment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience in NGOs or donor-funded projects.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, SPSS, etc.).
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability.
